Ingredients

Solanum Trilobatum leafs 20 plus

Pepper

Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon

Boiled alfalfa water – 1 cup

Tamarind (Fermentation) – 1 Cup

Turmeric Powder

Asafoetida Powder – half teaspoon

Crushed garlic – 5 pieces

Mustard

Urad dal – half teaspoon

Dried Chillies – 2

Coriander and Curry leaves

Gingelly oil – 2 teaspoon

Salt

 

Preparing Methods

                               With tamarind (fermentation) take salt, turmeric powder and garlic mix them well and put it separately and then take frying pan stove with medium streaming take and add following items one by one from oil, mustard, urad dal, asafoetida powder, curry leaves, dried chillies and solanum trilobatum leafs fry it well, while frying pour the tamarind (fermentation) and keep up to begun boiling then add the pepper, cumin and boiled alfalfa water again keep it boiling well when begun the foaming out, finally add the coriander leafs and the healthy solanum trilobatum Juice is ready to drink also you can take with meals.
